Our current work in the college sector is carried out under a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the Scottish Further and Higher Education Funding Council (SFC).

The new set of arrangements for the external quality arrangements for Scotland’s colleges over the period 2008-2012 is available here. This includes information on the quality framework for reference during external review, annual engagement between
HM Inspectors and each college, and subject-based aspect tasks.
