FOLLOW-UP TO THE INSPECTION OF CRAIGELLACHIE PRIMARY SCHOOL THE MORAY COUNCIL
The report on Craigellachie Primary School was published in June 1998. HM Inspectors visited the School in April 2000 to evaluate progress made in responding to the main points for action in the report.
The school had responded well to the recommendations contained in the inspection report. Good support had been received from the education authority. As a consequence of the good progress which had been made, no further visits will be made to the school in relation to the 1998 report.
I attach an evaluation and brief account of the response made by the school and the education authority to the main points for action in the report.
I am sending a copy of this letter to parents of children currently in the school and the other recipients of the inspection report.
